- added mode selection (Standard, Corporate Era included or Corporate Era for solo game). It replaces manually setting default values. Selecting the mode affects starting productions values

- typo in Phobolog name
- when using Phobolog, now correctly shows 1 titanium becomes 4 MegaCredits
