LOC is the only Historically Black College in Memphis, Tennessee. We have sustained a proud tradition of graduating leaders in science, business, the arts, politics, religion, law, and education since 1862. Historically Black Colleges and Universities have a culture and tradition all their own and LeMoyne-Owen College is no exception.
