TechDirect enables companies to manage Dell technical support requests online.

Dell TechDirect is a centralized support tool designed to provide commercial customers with online and mobile access to create, view and update technical support cases and replacement parts dispatches.

Customers will need to designate an Administrator to enroll their company at http://www.techdirect.com. The Administrator will then configure Technician users from his or her company. Both Administrators and Technician users will have access to the TechDirect mobile app to connect to their accounts while on the go.
